"Just Bought a Camera Bag"
I just bought a camera bag, but they sent me the wrong one. The customer service guy was super nice and really professional. He assured me that I’d get my refund right away.

You won't find better customer service in New York, no doubt about it. I picked up a Nikon D5600 from them, and let me tell ya, the product was fantastic and the price was pretty good too.

"Overall, a great shopping experience"
I purchased a Nikon D850 from this shop on 8/9 and inquired if they could get it to me by 8/14, since it was a birthday present for my sister. Just a day after I made the order, they provided me with the tracking number, and I got the camera on 8/13. My sister is absolutely thrilled with it. The guy I spoke to on the phone was super nice and really patient. I genuinely had a fantastic experience. Thanks a ton!

"Top-notch support from the team"
The customer support was fantastic. My camera battery shipment got delayed, so they placed an additional order and even threw in a travel charger for free. They were super easy to talk to on the phone. I’d surely choose this company again!!!

"Avoid This Company: F Rating from BBB"
NJ Accessory is a dreadful company to deal with. They claim to have hundreds of a specific item at an incredibly low price, but once you place an order, they take your cash and you won’t hear a peep from them for weeks. They even provide a bogus UPS tracking number; I work for UPS, so I know. When you reach out to them, they try to push a used version of what you initially wanted, claiming it’s new. You can’t rely on them anymore, and now you’re stuck fighting to get your money back.
These folks are awful; they’ve got an F rating from the Better Business Bureau… steer clear of them!
